You can exchange a full-priced product with another one. If the new product is higher price, customer will pay the difference amount. If the new product is lower, Nene will hold your credits for later purchase, refund will not be applied in any circumstances.
Each product can be exchange once.
2-way shipping fee will be paid by customers.
Policy is not applied on sale products.
Exchange notice within 03 days after customer receive the product.
Product is in its original condition with receipt tags and labels.
The product has not been laundered or dirty, damaged.
3. Exchange products:
Step 1: Customers contact Nene and send a picture of the product to be exchanged
Step 2: Nene will send the new product to the customer’s address and the customer will return the old product to the delivery staff to bring it back to Nene.
